Common Problems Encountered with Mini USB Connectors and How to Overcome Them During Manufacturing:

I. Common Problems: Insufficient Plug-in/Plug-out Lifespan Due to their small size and relatively delicate terminal and contact structure, Mini USB Connectors are prone to the following issues after prolonged and frequent plugging and unplugging:

• Contact Wear
• Loosening
• Poor Contact
• Housing Deformation
• Terminal Elasticity Fatigue
Especially noticeable in products used for extended periods, such as:

• Industrial Equipment
• Dashcams
• GPS
• Testing Equipment
Manufacturing Improvement Technologies
